What area are you based in?
We primarily serve the North Shore, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Port Moody, Coquitlam and surrounding areas, but depending on the project, we may be able to travel further. Get in touch to discuss your location and project needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. A kitchen or bathroom renovation can take a few weeks, while larger projects like full renovations or additions may take several months. We provide clear timelines before starting any work. We also can obtain all permits for you !
Will I need city permits for my project?
Every municipality is different, small projects such as fences generally wont need permits, but most decks, renovations, additions, and larger projects, will most likely require building permits and trade permits. We also provide design-build services which means we can provide drawings and renderings and manage city permit submissions.
